Coconut-free and coconut derivatives-free; body, face and hair products

Just imagine, you walk into the store and you have to find a hair product that doesn't have any type of coconut in it. That is includes ALL forms of derivatives of coconut as well. Yeah.. Egg-Free Pancakes

I don't know about you but breakfast is my least favorite meal of the day. Take eggs away and I feel like I'm not left with very many options for breakfast, especially when it comes to something with protein.  Pancakes can be a tricky one. I really struggled to find a brand that had protein without already having eggs in the mix. Kodiak Cakes, Flapjack and Waffle mix is egg free and it has 14g of protein per serving. I prefer the Buttermilk mix. When we make these pancakes, we just use water to mix with the batter. If you do add milk, that does help add more protein per serving.  Ingredients: 100% whole grain wheat flour, 100% whole grain oat flour, wheat protein isolate, brown sugar, whey protein concentrate, milk protein concentrate, buttermilk powder, leavening (monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), sea salt.
